• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time.

• This is a limited-availability offering released on select dates only.

• Session is an hour, including about 45 min of shooting time and 15 min of prep and breaks/wardrobe changes.

• Hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling are not included. Clients should arrive hair and makeup ready.

• A private, watermarked proofing gallery will be delivered within three (3) days of the session. Once you pick your top images, you’ll receive a gallery without watermarks ready for download.

• Polaroid prints will be produced and postmarked within one (1) week of image selection.

• Optional upgrades available in increments of 5 extra high-res digitals and polaroids for $400 or 10 extra high-res digitals and polaroids for $700

Rescheduling & Transfers

• Sessions are non-refundable once booked.

• Sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to another person with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

• All reschedules and transfers are subject to availability and must be approved by photographer

• Requests made within 48 hours of the session time are NOT eligible for rescheduling but can be transferred to a friend with photographer’s approval

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

• Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, and the photographer cannot guarantee the full experience or image count if time is reduced.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

• No-shows or sessions unable to proceed due to late arrival are not eligible for rescheduling, transfer, or refund.

Weather, Illness & Rescheduling

• If the photographer must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions, the client will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

• If the client is experiencing illness or symptoms, the client agrees to notify the photographer as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be offered at the photographer’s discretion, based on availability.

Studio Safety & Liability

• By booking and participating in this session, the client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with being on the photographer’s property or in the studio.

• The client agrees to release and hold harmless the photographer and studio from any claims, injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during the session or while on the property.

• The client agrees to take reasonable care and to follow any safety guidance provided during the session.
